PHOTOGRAPHER VITAS LUCKUS

I’m happy that this rainy Sunday I visited the exhibition “Let's Enter a New World. A Retrospective of Photography by Vitas Luckus”, where I had the opportunity to become more familiar with the works of this significant Lithuanian photographer.  I had seen only a few shots of V. Luckus (1943 – 1987) before and today I have been able to dive into so many different stories telling photographies. It’s nice to discover what inspires to seek and create.

A number of mornings are waded in the dew trying to capture the time when the mist comes. Inspiring and encouraging moments. When you can watch people’ silhouettes appearing like in the photo paper, emerging forgotten places or infinite distances. Everything what is important. And what I’ll want to share in this page.
